Let the Emotions Out, Right?

It's healthy to not feel your emotions, right? Because then you're just pushing them down and and they're erupt at some point. Maybe miyt be going into a private space and beating up a pillow or tryi, or whatever, to let the emotions out. I mean, so, i think it's a process. I don't think it happens overnight. And depending on the context of how serious the a the feelings are are going to matter,. but i do like the reminders.
