The Importance of Research and Development Weeks

I think one of the biggest things we do as a company that helps us stay sharp is our research and development weeks, where we just get free time to dedicate towards projects. I would also say keeping up with new tools and techniques and there's several ways to do that. Being a part of a broader community can really help, you know, keep your sword sharpened. For me, if you're especially every person like me, I love to read articles. But what always helps me best is getting my hands dirty.
