We have got what we call the 4-2-1 model. It is our funnel. What it basically says is that for every four people that you have a VTH call, with two of them will end up having a 90-minute meeting. Then one of them will pop out the bottom as a client. On my scorecard, if I'm not hitting my 10 books in a month, if that's one new clients a month, I'm not going to get one new client a month.
