You Can't Have Caffeine After 10 AM
Caffeine stays in your system longer than you think. It has a, it has a half life of about five to seven hours. So when you're about to put your head onto the pillow, you have almost a full cup of coffee within your system. And then so picture this real quick. We're not saying you can't fall asleep with caffeine. But you have fallen asleep. Now in the middle of your sleep or do you think your body is just fighting something and you're not getting quality sleep, right? Your body's awake. Right.
