The COVID Delay in the College Draft
The draft is six days from now and it's been delayed by a few weeks. MLB has tried to move the event away from all-star weekend, but that hasn't worked. There are some players who go summer ball so they can be picked up later in the year. The fact that the draft is as late as it is means I've got this weird time where like last night I went to a minor league game because there's not that much left to do on draft stuff.
