Should There Be Regulation?

Some of these workers have things like post-traumatic stress disorder from doing this job all day. So you get into this tension between what is the platform's responsibility, how can citizens potentially affect what the platforms are doing? And in many cases, because of the voting structures, of the shares of the platform, there's not actually a lot that individuals can do. What do we think of meaningfully through thinking about should there be legislation? Should there be regulation? At what point does too much move out of the public sphere into the public-private decision-making?
