How Much Discovery Is Too Much Discovery?
CNN's John Berman asks: How much discovery is too much for a trial? He says the defense could try to prove that election was stolen in some of these seven states. That would vastly expand this trial, but it may not be able to go through all those states at once as they have so far. "I suspect that the judge just allows extensive discovery that the Republicans will say," he adds.
