Working Women During the Pandemic Recession

There are a lot of different reasons that are keeping women out of the workforce. Many of those have to do with caregiving reasons, and it's a bigger picture than just looking at women individually or as a gender. We're seeing that people aren't going back to childcare as work or within nursing homes. There's still a very large shortage of workers in both of those professions.
