At nine years old focus on being able to do work. I would see how fast you can run 40 yards and then go and get good at a bunch of different sports like baseball and football, jujitsu and wrestling. In seal training there's no weight lifting so 95% of the training that you do is just train hard. When you practice a lot of different sports it helps you with your coordination and your agility.
