i know you've done a lot of work with marketype and it's a key consideration in your trading. I ges, so n at any given time were the markets spend most of their time going sideways,. When they trend and and they make most of their price gains in a relatively small amount of time. It is that markets behave almost completely different when theyre sideways and when they're trending. And they also behave completely differently when they're low volatility and when their high volatility.
