How to Sublease a Martial Arts Gym
There are other ways to get that initial upfront money in addition to lifetime memberships. You can also give people a good rate if they're willing to pay for the first year or two in advance. The other thing you can do is find an existing martial arts gym and sublease out of there. At least this way you own the business and you own the student relationships.
