Do I Really Need Support Shoes?

Hannah thinks she mildly overpronates and always used to wear support shoes. About five years ago, she started just wearing cushion shoes instead. Now she really likes saccone and dolphin speed too. She's going to be listening later. We do have another question actually from Kat. Do you think Hannah should work on her arches not collapsing? Is that a thing? Again, you can't do anything about that. So what you can do though is work on your strengths so the foot has more capacity to be able to do more without it.
