I see so many of my clients this whole thing. They want to email it, they make all these excuses. Well, they prefer emaileem. Don't call em. Even if you call em, to tel em, you're goin to email em. You just call em and say, hey, wantod want to, you know, antill you're going to get a email from us. It's a success path. And then you'll get it. Maybe ni talk through it for five minutes after you take a look, or whatever. But really, i would prefer a listener start the path to this customer experience. I dn't seen to think that again
