Is There a Barrier of Entry?

Rigtlick: I think the base line of knowledge, even from where i was, whatever it was 20 years ago, to where i am now, i've learned a lot. But people that are starting now just have a base line way higher than i've ever had. The technology is goingto get better, it's to become more affordable, and it's probably going to make barrier of entry easier. "I don't have an answer to that one," he says when asked about getting good people working in restaurants.
