Is End to End Inscription Outlawed?

The point of end to inscription is that nobody in the middle can listen to the messages. I don't think it so honorous to expect somebody who focuses on their private that ly to do some of the technical set up and the self education themselves, maybe host a little infer structure. And i think there's also, there's some interesting wrangling to be done here around the boundaries between public interstructure and private citizens.
