How Does Vacuum Heat Work?

Air that we breathe is made up of oxygen and nitrogen. Vacuums have absolutely nothing in them. If there are no molecules at all, there's no way for the heat to transfer. Because they're not touching each other. It actually helps me not think of it as so weird. But I do not put your hand inside of a vacuum flask. I would not be possible.
