Sally Kohn: How do you know if there's potential to go beyond a work relationship and into a potential real life friendship? The past two places I worked at have just been like female dominated. All my teams were like 100% or like 90% woman. So that's a huge part of it, right? Just other women are just obviously so relatable and like it's fun because women we love talking about like everyone's getting engaged.
