The Role of Teachers in Government Schools
On any day around 25% of teachers are absent which means one fourth randomly and those who are there that they are not motivated or you can also look into who all are going into this government teaching occupation. Teacher happens to be an influential personality in any community but since they are influential no political representative actually want to get into anything. The entire management of education management in government schools is not done by management professionals it's all done by bureaucrats, he says.
