What's the Influence of David on Scotland?
Scotland before david's time had no towns to speak of. He wanted to produce the same kind of economic structures as england. And he created about four or five towns from scratch. They created the possibility for much greater international trade. Butnatn also saw the potential for much of scottish upland for export, you could in exotic goods like wine and silk.
