Healthcare and the Human Right at the Center of the User Experience
Karknach: In healthcare, it's very frantic. We need to have a human centric UI UX as well as user experience or user journey that you were talking about. So I now model we place the human right at the center of our model. Here my proof, Karknach, I'm essentially a corporate sector, maybe your consumer world, maybe. That's my objective. And even in this healthcare world, right? It's speed, it's not a good place, right? But in the house of the house, the house of the house has to be designed and looked upon through the lens of an human being and the customer.
