How to Give a Speech About Other People

i was told that someone from our group would be giving a speech, and they would probably want me to do it. But i thought i'd be able to whip something up at the last minute and improvised. What am i going to talk about? Well, tit ok. Iave no idea what the audience thought, but this ibo is heard.
