The Complaint and Appeal Process in Texas?
texas argues that, in contrast to the straight disclosure requirements, a complaint and appeal process is really just a minimum standard of a how you treat clients. Ad they say, its standard fair economic regulation. So why can't they distinguish that aspect on that ground? Just to clarify, my paper doesn't actually talk about the appeals, right? A, that is not a transparency obligation. That's more what i call digital due process. And it gets back to the same set of problems, that disclosure is being mandated without knowing that thereis any legal violation at all. There may be no legal violation for the service having took the action that it did.
