"We do a really good job of not taking ourselves too seriously, but I think we could do a better job of taking the work seriously," he says. "I got easily between DMS on Twitter, Instagram now, and email easily 200 people reached out just saying what a profound impact either a book that I or you wrote has had on them" He adds: "It's not to like say that, you know, we are like a big deal because outside of our own minds, we're probably not."
