The Role of Well Produced Content
Not everyone is equipped to produce media. Love that distinction because there are other ways to facilitate that first thing, right? Cohort based learning is a perfect example, like bringing people together and then you get that dynamic interaction. There is a role for well produced content. And I also believe the purpose of asynchronic content is to introduce people to ideas that give them concepts, mental models, frameworks. To then talk about their actual challenges, their real world challenges with each other. So what we need to do is set up a context by which they can practice and acquire the skill.
