The Importance of Gratuity
Arjib: Christians are noted for their wonderful tipping. Arjib: I think it is kind of a Christian word. Gratuity, something that is sort of over the top abundance and not given an exchange for something is sort of an expression of gratitude. It makes me sad that people are getting cynical about tipping. But have you noticed this at all? Does it connect with you?
