Are We Still Talking About Resilience?
i wonder if there are opportunities that we miss because we're so focused on the areas that have been devastated and rebuilding what has been broken, rather than pro actively building a system that could be more resilient. The grit has been one of those things that we have some major disasters, but most of the time it's just ho hum boring. So i do see we usually end up fixing things kind of as as they break, hopefully fixing them better, although not all the time.
