Self awareness is so key because masturbation is often like, are us escaping something. And as humans, God created us to have a desire and choose to act upon it or not. So the way that we are designed, like God has given you the ability in your mind to find a freedom from this. That's why we are above the animals. You're not an animalistic desire. I love that. Literally built into our design.
