The Path of Inner Work
There are three paths to higher worlds which are legitimate to day. The oldest one is the path of yoga, and he says that path probably is not available to most westerners. He also talks about the christian path - a monastic monk or nun who can live in absolute silence. It just seems almost impossible to really take that path of inner work,. to its fullest degree, and also meet the demands of modern society.
