How Do You Maintain That Passion and Not Burn Yourself?

Many coaches are just burnt out. How do we sustain that passion and not burn ourselvess? The barrier to entry for young coaches is a tough road to hoe. We have a payment problem. I don't know if there needs to be a union. If you take donscofthing in the columbus, oh my God! You can throw a baseball one hundred feet and it doesn't matter. And i'm not just speaking about the professional sector. But i can tell young strength coaches, it is a tough business to start up with without coming up with an answer.
