How to Create a Research Environment
i think there's ik head count, i think really big part of it. I want to create an environment where the research hurtes are focused on what they should be doing. Burn out can come from too much work or not getting a good return on that work. A repository that is not accessible to everyone and constantly updated shouldn't be useable.
