How important is that to include, or potentially not include, in the beginning? In general, my preference is we work on the diet, get them well into wiles, level one or lovel to and not worry about fasting. So in general, i prefer you clean up your diet first and think about timeecerted feeding and fasting. But again, if someone comes to me and says, my family's not going to make any changes, buti i'm good with skipping breakfast and doing time recerted feeding. And sortid gradually just changing my family's meal plan without their knowing it. It's a beautiful plan and a good inspiration.
