Violet Firth was a middle class English woman. She came from a family Christian scientists they had connections with the theosophical society she got involved in some of the successor organizations through Golden Dawn. Violet ended up establishing her own organization which after a few changes became what was then the fraternity of the inner light now the society of the innerlight and it became a self-sustaining thing.
