i still do worry though and i think she agrees with us but what gives me pause is that even in a supposed open forum where everybody has a voice the rules about who speaks when and how people speak can really play a huge role in dictating the outcome. Even something that appears to be very very much driven by equality and very participatory could be hijacked just by the setup. She claims that the way you make it difficult is number one that these people serve for a limited period so is more difficult for any vested interest to capture because you need to set up the system.
