Ely: At this point, i'm managing. It's like ae i put my train conductor hat on, and i'm making sure that the trains are coming in on time. This is where dead lines are made or broken. Then it's also managing the new ideas that the ontropuner has that maybe you're a bit too close to the time, to the dead line, to be implemented. And then we have a fabulous celebration where there's some public recognition of the hard work that everyone did. These projects are always something that happens? But those celebrations can be as simple as a little lunch or a little conference room party.
