The Importance of Talking Back

I think it's so important for people who are in positions of privilege where it is safe for us to talk back that we are, right? We are calling out things like this and using that voice. There's something else that works differently for me being a migrant is that I don't access the NDIS. If I do, that will be used as evidence against me to possibly kick me out of the country. So instead, I just have to walk with balance because that's the system that exists for people like us. And you know, you're right, it's not fair, but sometimes it's good for us to recognise that and make change. But it's been very unfair
