How to Map Your Relationship With Chit Chat
Sally Kohn: I guess for the benefit of the audience, it would be nice to get a bit more of a perspective on what you mean by mapping, joy and connection. How do we then take it into the future is well, your body would have an experience of how your relationship with chit chat might change when it's resourced by that knowing that there would be joy in your daily life? And so it would be basically kind of getting that map, and just getting your felt sense of what it's like to stand in relationship to chit chat.
