The Falling Away of the Thigh

In Numbers chapter 5, a husband accuses his wife of committing adultery against him. He brings her to the priest who sets up a test to determine her guilt or innocence. If she's guilty, verse 22 describes what will happen if that does not happen. Some interpreters take this falling away of the thigh as a miscarriage or an induced abortion from God.
