B2B Marketing - What's Your Main Communication Method?

We use a bi-weekly all hands meeting on Mondays. We have a company intranet that includes a ton of different materials that people can consume asynchronously we operate in both email and slack. I'm trying to work hard to figure out how do we make this digital first type of communication method that doesn't rely on hundred person in-person meetings.
