If we had an observatory, if you will, of public health symptoms, really robust ones set up, filtering out the noise and protecting privacy and combining data sources. Sometimes, just by chance, a cluster of symptoms are going to be searched in one particular city in one particular time period. The false positive issue's a big one. It may be not infrequent.
