Capital markets can be a part of the solution by investing in projects that help us transition s your future. There is just a tremendous interest in thinking through how do we invest in the intestructure that we need to day, that helps us deal with a changing climate. Oas a result of this increased interest in this particular space, you're seeing a lot more a capital coming into these particular markets. And so that's really, really a good thing to see and have in our particular markets because it gives us a chance to grow and make the challenge of climate change that we have before us.
