In the Ashley Vance book about Elon Musk, they have this image at the end of the book where he's talking with Kimball Musk's brother. "He was going to make it up this mountain, even though he had no experience, was totally unfit," says his brother. And that would be just the kind of thing to get him to lose, you know, 40 pounds of fat, but on 10 pounds of muscle and get a fit back. But, um, I don't know how much difference that makes when you're giving up 12, 13 years.
