Moustache: Being able to communicate your thoughts in a manner that you feel comfortable is a very important skill. He says the early adopters and folks who at least educate themselves play around with these tools. You don't have to fall in love with each and everyone, he adds. But to understand the value of both the modern tools but also the modern venues will have a leg up as social media becomes an increasingly significant venue for discussions.
