How to Achieve and Operate in Staff Engineering

So since we last spoke to you you've published an upload with two books. How do you approach your writing projects and like you want to actually want to be a writer when you grow up or does this whole tech career thing is it supporting the writing? Yeah that's a great question. It's funny so my sister is an actual author. My sister is a graphic novelist she writes graphic novels but I'm just faking it a bit relative to what I think a real professional author is doing. For me I get to focus on problems that I'm really excited about learn a bunch about them personally and then turn that into a book.
