In the first two months, though, of these reports coming in, CDC was inundated. The New York Times ran an article that said FDA struggles to get safety monitoring system running. They say so far, few serious reports have been reported through these channels and no deaths have conclusively been linked to the vaccines. Meanwhile, on the back, they're saying, fire. We can't keep up with this. We need more people.
