The First Practice of Abiding With Jesus Above Everything

In the book of daniel, Daniel has a revelation that his exile is coming to an end. He still orders his inner life around the culture of the temple rather than babel. And so if daniel can thrive in the empire and abide in a covenant from another time, in another place, we can thrive in this moment. The practice of abiding with jesus above everything will only come through intimacy with JESUS.
