How to Meditate in a Comfortable Position
Go ahead and find a comfortable position that you would like to meditate in. If you're still in bed, then I recommend you use this moment to roll over, make your way up and out of bed and into a seated position. Just allow yourself a moment to settle into it. You've chosen to be here to do this meditation,. And so commit to that by end to being here just for the next 10 minutes or so.
