Is There a Pressing Monster in Football?
Cristiano Ronaldo is not a pressing monster, according to Renik. He's so obsessed with the other team having the ball and how could we win it? I think when you take it to that level, I think some of these games are just horrible to watch. England were very good in possession last year but now they're really seeing the importance of winning the ball eye. But when you just have pressing and nothing else when you actually win the ball, aside from trying to strike immediately, I think it's quite ugly football, to be honest.
