Keeping the Lights on - 10 to 20%
I'd say typically it'd be like 10 to 20%. That's what people usually think platform like, we're spending 10% on platform. You're just keeping the lights on. And one of the habits I had just to support some of the gardening work is I had a Cron script that would, you know, RM minus RF of my source directory on my laptop every Monday and I'd go get my dev environment set up again in order to take bugs off the queue or fix them before they went into production. But as a leader, you definitely have to champion and do, but I think you can't pitch platform work is that being all of it.
