I'm a huge fan of radical kinder. You have to encourage radical kinder within the organization. I think it's very important, especially nowadays, for organizations to be open and transparent so that people can raise their flat hands if they see something wrong. And then third is nowadays it has become more and more important because of the remote work. Your personal life and your work life are intertwined. There is nothing called work life balance. It's a work life harmony.
