There is this level of trust transfer that happens if somebody refers a product. We've seen this in the conversion rates of people that came refer to our product as well. They converted much higher than people that just came through ng or even paid. If you build a referl system where your experienced customers help the new users get up to speed, you can significantly reduce the workload yourcustomer service department. Te there's an expectation of savings down the line. And most importantly, you know that there's a real person somewhere that you can ask if you run into trouble and that its the person that preferred them there.
